What Does PPA do for Solar Power in Australia?

The loss of so many government subsidies is certainly a problem for the solar power industry because many clean energy sectors are concerned about the impact on manufacturing and installation work and you can get more information here about installing solar panels with the power purchase agreement.

There is no doubt that state and federal government concessions for PPA in recent years have made a significant contribution to promoting the leap to solar power generation.

Most of the latest solar discount programs were introduced, the cumulative output of installed photovoltaic solar energy has increased from less than 100 MW to more than 1,000 MW, according to the Clean Energy Council annual report.

The report shows that in the first eight months when solar discounts peaked, the number of Australian households with solar panels more than doubled. It remains to be seen to what extent a reduction in solar discounts will slow this rapid growth.

Also, solar loans are not yet dead. Customers can continue to use STC which can be traded with discounts on units that were previously suitable for renewable energy generation.

Depending on the size and location of the system, STC can save thousands. Customers will continue to receive double the STC from the solar loan portion.
