Insurance Brokers and the FSA

We give advice to insurance brokers in relation to all aspects of their business, marine and non-marine and including reinsurance, with specific reference to E&O avoidance. We provide an in-house helpline for Lloyd's brokers. We advise on FSA/ICOBS compliance and we draft TOBAs and other brokers’ agreements. We act for Lloyd’s brokers and their Underwriters in professional indemnity litigation.
