Commercial Shipping Litigation

Fishers offer expertise in commercial shipping matters, notably disputes pertaining to charterparties (whether bareboat, voyage or time charter), bills of lading, sea waybills, contracts of affreightment and shipbuilding contracts. We are entirely familiar with LMAA Arbitration and the Commercial Court in London and with the ICC in Paris. We are instructed regularly by International Group P&I Clubs and by fixed premium P&I insurers and their Members, as well as by Owners and Charterers directly.
